Our grand daughter is turning 2 in June. One of her Aunties is making a large fondant topped Elmo cake, but her mom also requested that I make some Cookie Monster cupcakes. That's how I found this posting. I was doing a google image search ....

AWESOME!!! I love this! You did a fantastic job. I agree with Kathy...you're not giving yourself enough credit. the cupcakes are adorable and your stand is just too cute. I am a sucker for anything animal print...especially zebra. You did a great job.

Norma these are adorable. You did such a great job. Funny about the sugar mu DH did the same thing this year with the sugar cookies he was trying to make. I had to explain the difference between confectioners and regular granulated sugar. lol

Thanks for leaving me some much needed blog advice on my blog today.....you made my day. I have still not figured out all this technical blog stuff.
I have been reading through your post and I loooove the post about not knowing what your doing with blogging!!!! I found myself saying, "yeah, what the heck is that and what the heck does that mean..." He He!! I need to read through all the comments to that post so I can find out the answers to all my questions.

Norma Lee, you do not give yourself enough credit! You did a fantastic job {and I see you were wearing a cookie monster colored shirt to do this}! Your cupcake tower looks great and the chipboard letters work.

Off topic a bit, I did notice that your Monkey looks a lot like your sister from those pictures when she was little. How cute! I see that in my kids, too, where they look like a sibling or have certain mannerisms that make me think of my brother or one of my sisters.
